Current service scope
The public website provides information about Yaghi Accountancy Ltd. The protected Client Hub is available only to approved office users and uses minimum client-reference information, official Companies House data, filing deadlines and controlled workflow history for client administration and statutory-deadline monitoring.
The current Client Hub does not accept real bank statements, accounting records, identity documents or payroll files. Production bookkeeping, document uploads, automated filing and HMRC submission remain disabled.
Information and sources
Operational information may come from the firm's approved client register, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, Companies House public records and staff-approved intake decisions. Email-derived company mentions are review candidates only and do not create clients automatically.
Access and security
The staff workspace uses Microsoft sign-in, approved-user access and role-based permissions. Operational traffic is encrypted in transit. Access, review and change events may be retained to protect the firm, its staff and its clients.
Use, sharing and retention
Information is used only for the firm's client administration, deadline monitoring, security and service-delivery purposes. It is shared only with approved service providers or public authorities where necessary and permitted. Records are retained according to the firm's legal, regulatory, contractual and security requirements and are removed or restricted when no longer required.
Do not send sensitive records through this website
Do not send bank details, taxpayer references, identity documents, payroll records, passwords or authentication codes through the public website. Use an approved secure office process when the firm requests records.

Questions about access, correction, restriction, deletion or another data-protection concern can be sent to the contact below. The firm may need to retain some records where legal or professional obligations apply.
